    Drogheda United and Shamrock Rovers cancel each other out

    In one of three goalless stalemates on a forgettable evening in the League of Ireland Premier Division, the clash of Drogheda United and Shamrock Rovers at Sullivan & Lambe Park did at least provide a few firsts.

    Shelbourne see off Drogheda with second-half comeback

    Shelbourne mounted a second-half comeback to claim their first Premier Division win of the season with a 2-1 victory at Drogheda United. At the very least this week, it was only the match that caught fire.
